Our current featured wine is Winery Series Australian Pinot Noir which is delightful in a Pinot Rita cocktail. This Pinot Noir is an elegant wine bursting with flavours of ripe black cherries, red berry fruits, and delicate spice notes on the palate superbly balanced with oak. Fermenting on crushed grape skins enhances the bouquet and contributes soft velvety tannins for a round, juicy mouthfeel. Toasted American white oak offers notes of vanilla, coconut and clove. The oak adds complexity and finesse to the flavours and aromas of this wine and also gives it a smooth finish.
Did you know that the Pinot Noir grape is one of the oldest grapes in the world? And although a red grape, Pinot Noir is often found in Champagne or sparkling wine blends.
Below, you’ll find recipes for all our favourite cocktails. We’ve focused on single varietals but blends will also work. Our preference is to enjoy the depth and complexity of the blends on their own. Give these recipes a try!

DIY craft winemaking is so easy! If you’re reading this for the first time, jump to the bottom to find out how much you can save when you become a Steveston Winemaker. It’s a fun experience that only takes about 45 minutes in total for 30 bottles of wine. There’s also no tax on the wine you produce. That’s because you’re the manufacturer. Even though we help you with the process, all you pay tax on is the corks, labels, shrink caps and our winery fees which works out to just over a few dollars.
