- Ingredients
- 1 bottle of Amarone
- 1/2 cup (120ml) of brown sugar
- 2 cloves
- 2 star anises
- 1 cinnamon stick
- A pinch of nutmeg
- Zests of 1 orange and 1/2 lemon
- 4 tablespoons of Cru Specialty Premium Dessert wine
- Directions
- Combine Amarone with sugar, simmer until dissolved
- Add spices and zests and simmer for 20 minutes
- Add Cru Specialty Premium Dessert Wine
- Strain into glasses, sip back and enjoy!
