Bishops Punch
Recipe
- Here’s our twist on a cocktail called the Bishop. This cocktail is a step up from sangria that will whisk you off to the Caribbean.
- Ingredients
- 1 bottle of Merlot
- 4 ounces of rum
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons of superfine sugar
- 2 oranges (halved and sliced)
- Fresh blackberries
- Fresh mint leaves
- Directions
- Pour wine, rum, lemon & lime juice into a pitcher
- Stir in sugar until it dissolves
- Pour into ice-filled glasses
- Garnish with sliced oranges, blackberries and mint
- Sip back, close your eyes and enjoy the Caribbean!
